Simple activities. Colorful little moments.
Privacy Policy
Information about privacy when you browse Creative Play Hub, download resources or contact us.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
About this policy
Creative Play Hub provides activity ideas, crafts, games and downloadable resources for parents, carers and educators. You can read articles and download our free printables without creating an account or signing up to an email list.
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@creativeplayhub.com. Please explain your request and avoid sending sensitive information or identifying details about children.
Information involved in visiting the website
When your browser requests a page, image or PDF, it sends technical information needed to deliver that content, including your IP address and request details. Hosting and security systems may record information such as the requested address, access time, browser information and referring page to operate the website, troubleshoot errors and detect misuse.
Downloading a printable does not require a signup form. The download still involves a request to the web server and may appear in technical logs.
Forms, comments and visitor accounts
Public comments and visitor account registration are currently disabled. The website contact form is not active. You can instead email contact@creativeplayhub.com.
If you email us, your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to include are processed through email services so we can respond to your enquiry, investigate a correction or handle a privacy request. Send only information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send children’s names, photographs, medical information or other sensitive details.
If a contact form or other data-collection feature is introduced, this policy should be updated to describe its purposes, providers and relevant retention arrangements before that feature starts collecting information.
Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress uses cookies for functions such as checking browser cookie support and maintaining authorized administrator login sessions. These login functions are separate from ordinary public browsing. Browser caching may also store copies of site files to help pages load.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect login or other cookie-dependent features. Browser controls do not prevent all server logging or requests to external services.
Fonts and author images
The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts creates a connection from your browser to Google’s servers, which receive technical request information such as your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Fonts information.
Some article pages load author avatar images from Gravatar, operated by Automattic. Your browser contacts that service to retrieve the image and sends technical request information. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
Analytics and advertising
The website currently loads a Google tag through Google Site Kit. Google tags can transmit technical information about your browser and website interactions to Google. Depending on the connected products, configuration and consent settings, they may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
As of October 26, 2026, Google AdSense advertising was not detected on the public pages reviewed. We are preparing to apply for AdSense; this notice does not mean that ads are already running or that Google has approved this website.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising providers may use cookies and similar technologies to select and measure ads, including using previous visits to this and other websites for personalized advertising where permitted. Applicable providers and choices will need to be reflected in the advertising and consent settings when the service is enabled.
You can manage Google’s personalized advertising preferences in My Ad Center. Choices for participating third-party advertising providers are available at YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all ads or all processing needed to deliver a website. This policy itself is not a consent mechanism.
Service providers, storage and retention
Hosting and email. Creative Play Hub uses Hostinger for website hosting and for contact@creativeplayhub.com. These services process website files, technical request information and email correspondence to deliver the website, maintain security and allow us to respond to enquiries. Google and Automattic also process the requests described above under their own policies.
Retention. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, handle follow-up questions and resolve related issues, or to meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs and backup copies are subject to the retention and deletion arrangements of the relevant hosting or email service. Their retention is separate from the time a message remains in our mailbox; deleting a message or file does not necessarily remove every backup copy immediately. There is no single deletion period that applies to all of these records.
International processing. Hostinger and its subprocessors may process information outside your country. Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum describes the safeguards for covered international transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable. This does not mean all information is stored in one country. The addendum also identifies subprocessors and describes return or deletion of customer data when services end, subject to the applicable service terms.
For provider details, see Hostinger’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. For a request concerning your correspondence or information associated with this website, email contact@creativeplayhub.com. We will assess the request and any applicable retention requirements.
Children and family activities
Our articles are written for adults choosing activities for children. Children do not need to provide their names, photos, contact details or other personal information to use the downloadable activities. Adults should guide children’s use of the website and avoid sharing identifiable information about them.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can manage browser cookies and download resources without signing up. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
Send privacy requests to contact@creativeplayhub.com. Explain your request and provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry or interaction. Additional information may be needed to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. Rights may be subject to legal limitations.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when contact details, hosting information or website features change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Read our Terms of Use for resource permissions and our Disclaimer for information about activities and illustrations.
